Communified has been set up for a single purpose. The transparent integration of communication channels and data systems. Communified has been called “Middleware”, “Framework”, “Glue”, “Communication in a box”.. In essence all of these are correct.

Communified is a plug-able architecture enabling any organisation to integrate new and old technologies to work seamlessly together. Communified may just provide the means for the solutions to operate or can provide a range of out of the box products and solutions to plug gaps where required.

The Communified Application Server has been built to radically simplify the process of integrating cross vendor communication tools. CAS has been designed to ensure all the tools work seamlessly together providing access to the best means of communication in an efficient manner whilst also providing access to supporting data and information from the user’s applications.

Out of the box CAS provides connectors to a number of key communications channels from telephony solutions to Video solutions and Instant Messaging networks. In addition out of the box solutions for integration with common desktop tools such as MS Office, Outlook and popular CRM solutions such as Salesforce provide quick wins for Click to Dial applications and contact look ups.

Finally CAS provides an organsiation with an API to tightly couple bespoke applications, data sources and communication channels by in house development teams and third party integrators.

CAS provides a unique framework to tightly couple and develop solutions with differing levels of channels, applications, complexity in organisations of different sizes.
